EASM Conference packages

On behalf of participation for the 17th EASM Conference in Amsterdam there are several packages avaible. Please choose the package of your interest and read the information about the content of the packages and fees below.

• 3 day conference
• 1 day conference (day delegate)
• Extra bookable only for 3 day participants and participants on Thursday: EASM Gala Dinner
• Extra bookable only for participants on Saturday: Fare Well Party
• Student Seminar

The EASM Conference 3 day package contains:

• Full access to the conference
• Lunch and coffee/tea each conference day
• Welcome cocktail party on Wednesday September 16 (including finger food)
• Fare well party on Saturday September 19 (including finger food)
• Conference kit including abstracts (book of abstracts)
• Extra bookable: EASM dinner on Thursday Septermber 17

The EASM Conference 1 day package contains:

• Access to one conference day
• Lunch and coffee/tea each congress day
• Conference kit including abstracts (book of abstracts)

Note: when you have a three day package, the Welcome Cocktail Party on Wednesday and Fare Well Party on Saturday are included. The Gala Diner on Thursday is extra bookable for a small price. For daily tickets the Welcome Cocktail Party, the Gala Diner and Fare Well Party are all not included. On Thursday you can book the Gala Diner extra and on Saturday you can book the Fare Well Party extra. You can not book the Gala Diner on Thursday or the Fare Well Party on Saturday when you only participate at the conference on Friday. THE 3 DAY PACKAGE IS STRICTLY PERSONAL AND IS NOT TRANSFERABLE!

The Student Seminar package contains:

• 8 nights accomodation and breakfast
• 4 (packed) lunches during the seminar
• 3 diners
• Transportation to and from the University of Applied Sciences
• Entrance to the 17th EASM conference
• Welcome Cocktail Party with finger food on Wednesday evening
• Lunches and coffee/tea breaks during the conference
• Conference kit including abstracts (book of abstracts)

• Normal rate: € 595,-
• Early bird (before July 10th): € 525,-
• EASM members: € 525,-
• EASM members & early bird (before July 10th): € 475,-
• Gala Diner on Thursday (for 3 day participants): € 29,95

• Day Delegate: € 295,-
