Registration form for students and tutors

Here you can download the registration forms for students and tutors/instructors for the Student Seminar from 12 to 16 September 2009 in Amsterdam. You can print the form and fax it to Arko Sports Media by 0031 (0)30 605 2618. After we have received your registration form, we will send you a confirmation letter and account for your participation. More information about the seminar will follow after registration.
